Richard was previously a founding partner of M3 Agency and served as the UK Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE. He is currently a founding partner of both M1 Agency and ELREP and chairman of Urban Logistics Reit and ELREP With over 30 years of experience in the UK Industrial and Logistics markets, he possesses significant credibility with owners and operators within the sector. Richard has developed a deep market understanding and is well-versed in the current issues facing owner and tenant requirements.

In 2018, Richard and James co-founded ELREP, recognizing an opportunity to establish a specialized pan-European investment management business aimed at leveraging the fundamental and structural developments in the logistics market.
