James Rushworth

CEO

James has accumulated over 31 years of experience in the real estate sectors, with 27 of those years dedicated to his role as an investor. Previously, he served as the European Fund Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he established the continental office in Paris in 2007. His impressive transaction history includes:

• Funding in excess of 1,500,000 square meters of logistics developments across Europe.
• Acquiring over €1.2 billion worth of assets since 2014.
• Completing in excess of €400 million worth of logistics sales in Germany, France, and the Netherlands since 2016.

In 2018, Richard and James co-founded ELREP after recognizing an opportunity to establish a specialized pan-European investment management business aimed at capitalizing on the fundamental and structural developments in the logistics market. Leveraging James’ extensive experience and connections in the European market, ELREP has adopted a sustainability-focused approach to the real estate and logistics sector.
